🔄 Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact


⏱ Refund Request Timeline

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side


🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags


🔄 Replacement Option

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
